Living in a unit this grass potty has been a great investment! Fits perfectly on the balcony so I don't have to drag my pup downstairs to the courtyard in the middle of the night. The customer service is excellent, Cameron amd Harriet have been very good to deal with. Prompt responses and clear communication. I have been recommending to all my friends who have dogs in units.
