Terms and conditions

General Guarentees

  • In all circumstances, we comply with, and 100% respect Australian Law in relation to consumer rights.
  • The product we sell and provide guarantees for is a handmade, timber product designed for the purposes of holding soil and turf. We do not supply the soil or turf, which is purchased in addition, separately from a supplier of your choice. Thus, our guarantees do not extend to the turf and or soil, or how long the turf you purchase will last, or any other factor involving the soil or turf, or other objects/material you place inside of the potty, as these are separate products; the outcome of these which will be dependent on how it is maintained by the user and many other variables deemed outside of our control and not related to the product we sell or provide to you.
  • Custom products are tailored to specific requests and may differ in performance from our standard products, though they remain subject to all consumer guarantees under Australian law.

Refund Policy - Change of Mind

  • If your order has not been collected by courier or yourself; we will refund your entire order minus any applicable bank transaction fees (3% for card transactions, or 7% for AfterPay transactions).
  • If your order has already been shipped by the courier or collected by you or another party; we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase, if they are returned as new (not used) in their original packaging, with the return courier cost covered by yourself, minus any applicable shipping fees for the original delivery to you and bank transaction fees from the original transaction (3% for card transactions, or 7% for AfterPay transactions). A restocking/handling fee of $20.00 will also apply.
  • Engraved timber nameplates and any other customisable products are non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost Goods

  • If you receive goods damaged whilst in transit by courier, we will cover any cost associated with repair or replacement, within reason and not disproportionate to the damage or loss. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify this for you.
  • If your potty is considered lost in transit by the courier, we will offer a full refund or send a new replacement to you free of charge, except in circumstances where the potty was lost due to an incorrect address being supplied by you, or if the potty was not collected from a collection point by you.

Shipping - Update/Change of Address, Refused Delivery, Failed Collections, Re-Delivery & Delayed orders.

  • Changes in address (fixing errors or incomplete addresses), or redirections may attract costs from the courier which we unfortunately cannot be responsible for and will pass onto you. If the incomplete, or error in the address is our fault, we will of course cover all costs.
  • If you refuse delivery, or if the courier is unable to deliver your order and it is taken to the local depot and is not collected within the specified time collected, the order will be returned to sender; any additional courier fees with respect to this will be considered your responsibility.
  • In very rare circumstances, your shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier. Whilst these instances are very rare, it is possible with any shipping service, and we cannot be held accountable or responsible for delay. We will however assist in resolving the delay as quickly as possible on your behalf, with the courier. In the event your order is lost, we will hold full responsibility and send a replacement or refund your order.
  • All orders will be delivered with an “authority to leave” by default, meaning the courier will leave the order in a safe place, if there is a safe place to do so. This will prevent re-delivery fees from the courier in the event you are not home to receive your order, and also save you having to be present to receive your order.
  • We request you notify us as soon as possible if there is not a safe place to leave your order, so that we can make alternative arrangements for you. If we are not notified, and the courier cannot find a safe place to leave your order, you may be responsible for the re-delivery fee the courier charges, which is typically the cost of the original shipping fee.
