When Bonnie came into my life, I thought a simple piece of artificial grass would solve the issue of where she would go to the toilet. I quickly learnt I was wrong.

I looked into subscription services of having turf delivered, continually wrestling with the thought of paying such high fees. I also considered other complicated/ overpriced products, but it just didn’t sit right - I knew there had to be a cheaper and easier solution.

When I found out Bunnings and other garden centres sold the turf for only $7, I realised all I needed was something to put it in, but I couldn’t find anything on the market back then. I tried make-use items, but none of them worked for a variety of reasons.

I decided to build my own for Bonnie; it was an instant success. Super cheap, yet super effective, and we never looked back. I knew for sure that others must have been in the same dilemma as we were, so I started building them as a hobby for locals from the balcony of my one bedroom apartment.

Fast forward a few years, we now have a factory, warehouses all over Australia and a locally employed team of amazing people who have helped us to become a proud market leader in Australia, selling thousands of potties to fur-parents all over the country.

It’s not lost on our team or myself, that our success and the trust gained from so many Australians is due to continually delivering a high level of customer service, and a product of guaranteed quality that simply just works, whilst keeping it affordable to all Australians.
