Our little girl took to using her potty straight away! No smell, and not an eye sore. Do recommend the metal grid for the puppies that like to dig, like ours. We started without it, and bought it after the digging started. It didn’t change her toilet habits and stopped the digging👌🏼

I did have to ask for a shipping quote as this is not given when ordering. Having used a fake grass product before my dog has adapted to using his grass potty easily. It definitely is much better from a smell perspective.

Love it! Most importantly my boys & girls both love it and the X-Large fits nicely on the patio and is there for when the rain hits. We got just in time. Should have got one years ago.
Great product, great service…just wish I had of purchased the larger size. Got a medium for our mini groodle puppy but not wide enough - needed the large. So if in doubt, definitely go a size up.

This is perfect for my chihuahua to have the option to use as a toilet, and to sit in the sun on grass. My courtyard had no grass, so this was a great way to get instant grass, and an ingenious idea making them the size of the Bunnings turf - makes it so easy to get the turf and to replace it at a fraction of the price of a subscription service. It arrived very quickly, instructions are great, and it was easy to get it up and running.
Great product, delighted to have a solution that works for my apartment pup when she needs to go. I’d switched from a fake grass toilet and this is much better.
Communication excellent. Pick up was super easy. The potty has saved me from offending neighbours in my apartment building with this solution - which is the cheapest and most sensible option for a real grass toilet. Fred the Dog uses it. He still stares at me like I’m a jerk but it works.
The whole process to purchase was easy. The item is incredible sturdy and well packaged. Easy to set up and looks great on my balcony. Unfortunately although all set up and ready we have had to put our beautiful Bella to sleep after a very short unexpected illness .
The crate was delivered so quickly and the delivery man even called me and waited whilst I got to the property to receive it. It was easy to set up - and is relatively inconspicuous on the balcony. A perfect solution to apartment living with a dog.
Very good with real grass. My little dog likes and easy to train too. No more smell , compare to the fake grass.. and you don ‘t need to changes the pad all the time .. only if the grass not good and yellow , just changes it with new grass..
I simply cannot rave enough about this product. We recently moved from a large house with a a backyard to a unit with a decent sized balcony, and even our pooch, Chewy, was hesitant to constantly be taken up and down in the lift for all the toilet trips. This has changed our life - and his. He genuinely loves it and uses it just like our old backyard. Absolutely fabulous product.
