Living in a unit this grass potty has been a great investment! Fits perfectly on the balcony so I don't have to drag my pup downstairs to the courtyard in the middle of the night. The customer service is excellent, Cameron amd Harriet have been very good to deal with. Prompt responses and clear communication. I have been recommending to all my friends who have dogs in units. We’ve been using real grass puppy potty for our puppy, Truffle, and it’s been a game-changer for toilet training! Truffle loves using her grass potty, it feels natural for her, and it’s made training a lot easier. Highly recommend for any new puppy owners looking for a more natural potty solution!
I bought the extra large, with a name plate and liner. Really great quality, arrived really quick and a fabulous product. I needed something for my balcony and I didn’t want to pay a subscription to another company, to get turf without soil which inevitably doesn’t last long. This wasn’t the turf should hopefully keep going for a while.
It took me 3 weeks to get tied from Bunnings due to a frost, then flooding in Echuca, which affected supplies. I would also suggest calling your local Bunnings to find out whic day if the week they get deliveries as the pieces of turf get snapped up quick.
I bought two 25l bags of soil and two pieces of turf as recommended, which was perfect.
Arrived in a few days instructions are easy to follow easy to set up and I have two very happy puppies
Aristotle is very happy with his patch of grass. The only problem is convincing him it’s his potty and not his bed! We’ll get there I’m sure. So much better than traipsing him downstairs 8+ times each day and in the middle of the night

Given we’re in an apartment it was super important for me to get a real grass alternative for pottying. We picked up our little man and he’s already started to use it. It makes intuitive sense for them and is the best option for when you don’t have access to a big backyard. Very happy with the medium size and the name plate! It’s huge for our little yorkie but that’s not a bad thing! Service was impeccable the team really went above and beyond when I enquired about whether he’ll be able to reach it himself or potentially need stairs. They sent me a link to stairs if I needed and were super friendly. It was also delivered in a day or two so super efficient. A+ company will definitely be recommending to family and friends.
Love the pups new potty! Large was the perfect size for my 2 small Pomeranians & fits a roll of Bunnings turf (Qld) perfectly.
I have white tiles on my balcony & followed the set up instructions, deciding to add the drainage slits…however when I water the grass I get dirty water pooling on the white tiles. I bought 2 silicon feed mats from Kmart pet section that fit under the potty perfectly to catch the run off, so no more dirty tiles. Either that or don’t include the drainage slits next time I need new turf.
But the potty looks so nice on the balcony & the dogs use it daily. Highly recommend.

I lvoed the concept of this potty and it looks and smells great on the balcony. The dog appreciates the grass a lot. Unfortunately if you have a puppy please dont do what i did and not order a grass guardian! Puppies will try tear up the grass and soil relentlessly when first training. Our puppy took 2-3 days to get the hang of the potty, we put it right next to the dog flap and it works perfectly now.
