The frame is really sturdy and well made, the instructions were clear and it arrived so quickly! Our puppy loves their patch of grass.
Set up on an enclosed balcony. After a few days, she got the hang of it and uses it a couple of times a day. After a week, the grass is fine and there’s no smell. I’ve adjusted the amount of watering so there is no excess draining out and so far there has been no run through from wee either.
Having just moved to an apartment I initially let my dog do his business on the pavers as my balcony has been constructed so it's a huge drain underneath the pavers. I thought by hosing the wee immediately there would be no smell. How wrong I was. Then tried the solution that you spray on. Not really that good. To be honest couldn't afford the subscription service and then I found Real Grass Puppy Potty. My 10 year old staffy cross uses it probably 90 per cent of the time. Sometimes he just too lazy to work that extra metre or two for a wee. Anyhow BRILLIANT No more smells and I'm sure he prefers it PLUS I can afford it. It's been two months and I'm about to replace it. Melbourne's heat has been tough but that's far longer than I initially thought. Just about to pop into Bunnings for my next bits of turf THANK YOU. A simple solution but a fabulous one

We had an issue with delivery as the parcel was lost, but the actual service was 10/10. The dogs love it and I am looking forward to saving $$$ on subscriptions.
I love my puppy grass & grid which has worked well to stop digging. Such an easy product to use. I’ve yet to work out how to mow.
We have an all tile backyard and wanted to train our puppy golden retriever to toilet in one place to avoid mess and smells. We ordered a large puppy potty and could not be happier. It arrived so quickly and was easy to assemble. The grass fit exactly as the website said it would for NSW. Moved somewhere with a bit more room, so this is perfect for our new setup. Pup has already been using it (mostly) since we put it together, some more coaxing (and maybe a roof for when it rains) and we're set!
The plastic seemed strong, planted Turf on 2nd February and so far so good. Our Dog used potty straight away We live in a High Rise on 22nd Floor so potty is on our Balcony. Just hope the Turf lasts a while as it’s easier than the Dog Pads.

Happy with the medium real grass puppy potty for our new pup. Arrived promptly, well built, fits bunnings grass perfectly. Puppy is happy laying on it, but not as a toilet yet....we'll get there!

We were recommended this as we were moving from a house to an apartment and were worried about having our two pugs needing to go outside in the middle of the night. This has worked an absolute treat, super easy to assemble/put together, perfect size for a bunnings slab of grass and is thin so it doesn't take up our whole balcony area.
Our little fox terrier absolutely loves this, fantastic purchase and worth every penny. Great height for smaller dogs, I thought her little legs may struggle but she's very confident using it. My only complaint was I wish I knew about it sooner!!
Honestly dont know why i waited so long to get this. We were on subscription grass services befire which made our small courtyard SO stinky and it was unbearable to clean. Since getting the Real Grass Puppy Potty we’ve been able to finally enjoying being in the courtyard. It’s low maintenance and so much more financially sustainable for us. Thank you!!
It looks great and works great! Been a few days and roots haven’t quite taken yet so top is a bit dry but we’re confident it will work out. We love how it looks and puppy has taken to it really well. She can go up and down it which is great.
The puppy potty arrived promptly, and looks to be well made, and simple to assemble... a nice screwdriver even came with it that we could use to attach the wheels. We have placed our grass in (now $9 from Bunnings!) and it's growing nicely... all we need now is the puppy who will hopefully love it when she arrives in two weeks!
